SkyRise Chicago 2017

FitzpatrickHopkinsWedding

On Sunday, Nov. 5, at 10:00 a.m., we'll be leading a team up Willis Tower (formerly known as Sears Tower), and we want YOU to join us! The funds we raise will support patient care and cutting-edge research at a cause that's close to our hearts, the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.

The AbilityLab (formerly known as Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago) is the global leader in physical rehab for adults and children overcoming brain and spinal cord injuries, strokes, amputations, cancer impairments and numerous other conditions. Many veterans undergo critical treatment at the AbilityLab after suffering traumatic injuries in the service of our country. The Shirley Ryan AbilityLab has been ranked the No. 1 Rehabilitation Hospital in America by U.S. News & World Report every year since 1991.

We completed SkyRise last year and can't wait to do it again. The feeling of exhilaration after completing the climb is matched only by the spectacular views from the 103rd floor! Extra points if you're brave enough to step out on "the Ledge," a glass-enclosed balcony extending 4 feet outside!

If you'd rather not climb, there is a great alternative! You can still participate in SkyRise via seated, stationary hand-cycling, performing the equivalent distance. If you'd rather not climb or cycle but still want to donate, you can do that too! All of the registration or donation info is below.

We can't wait to see you on November 5. Tower Up!
